From the chalk white exterior glistening in the Argentine sun to the cozy living room and bright guest rooms, you will not be disappointed in Paloma Real Lodge. This lodge will accommodate 10 shooters in 5 double, en-suite rooms (small surcharge for single room). It features all the amenities you have come to expect in an exclusive Argentine Hunting Lodge, including gun cleaning room and a comprehensive bar with the best Argentine wines. International cuisine is served and well presented at the lodge and includes famous Argentine beef with traditional asados (BBQ) offered in the field.
These pigeons are large and fast and offer challenging shooting. They work excellently with decoys, which are strategically placed near blinds, at a suitable distance. There will be one freshly built blind for each shooter.Like pigeons in general, the flight is fast, high, and direct. The fields in the Cordoba area are a natural environment for a huge number of Pigeons. The population of Pigeons is estimated to be more than 6 million, making Cordoba the wing shooting paradise that it is. The day starts about 7:30 with a great hot breakfast.Then, off to the fields where you will be assigned a bird-boy. He will assist you with shells and drinks and anythingelse you may need plus one of the professional guides will be around ready to help you too.There will be a break at midday to enjoy a wonderful lunch in the field: an incredible barbeque with the famous Argentine beef. Afternoon begins at around 2 or 2:30, and continues until almost dark. When the shooting day is over, you will enjoy cocktails and an early dinner at the lodge. The shooting fields are carefully rotated and rested to assure maximum bird number. This is part of the Game Management Program, which allows for a successful big-bag shooting season all year round.
You will take an international flight to Santiago Chile then transfer to a connecting flight to Cordoba. You may also choose to fly into Buenos Aires then connect to a flight into Cordoba.
Activities include hunting, relaxing, socializing and possibly arranging for city or historical tours or shopping in Cordoba.
