Overview

With Trophy Safaris you are in the capable hands of Peter Kibble who earned his reputation under the watchful eyes of some of the greatest of Africa’s Professional Hunters - including Eric Rundgren, John Cook, Bill Ryan, John Lawrence and Fred Bartlet. This hunting operation is centered in Namibia, Africa and provides quality trophies resulting from fair chase safaris. You will be housed in tented or spike camps in over 1,000,000 acres of hunting concession land. You can experience amazing hunting  or thrill to the catch of Tiger Fish on the fly from the Kavango River. Or take a photographic safari capturing big game as well as exotic birds on film for a lifetime of memories. In any of these venues, African Adventure is guaranteed.

Accommodations

While on Safari – your accommodations  will be either tented or spike camps.  It is hard to imagine a tent could be this pleasant, but we are not talking about your every-day camping tent. Tents are equipped with comfortable beds, closets, and adjoining private bathrooms with hot and cold running water.  Everything is done to ensure your comfort in the camp. Meals are served family style and feature native Namibian cuisine including native game and locally grown fruits, vegetables, and South African wines. After a day of hunting you will be glad to come home to the comfort of your tent and a well prepared meal.  You’ll enjoy the company of the others in your group as you sit around the fire in the evening extolling the adventures of the day. The wildlife you will see will amaze and delight you. With camp near a watering hole, you’ll see amazing  animals – be sure to take your camera.

Hunting

Namibia has a wide variety of native big game species and is an important destination for African trophy hunting. Trophy Safaris provides hunting trips in one of the best hunting areas in Namibia. Peter Kibble, having started a a young age, has over 40 years’ experience hunting and guiding in Africa. He began hunting dangerous problem elephants, and buffalo as well as stock- killing leopards. He knows where the animals frequent and will keep you safe in your pursuit. The following is a partial list of animals you can hunt in Namibia: Sable, Leopard.  And in the exclusive concession, Kudu, Oryx, Eland, Burchell’s and Hartman Mountain Zebra, Impala, Jackal, Springbuck, Blue and Black Wildebeest, Hartebeest, Warthog, and many varieties of game birds.

Getting There

You will fly to Frankfurt, Germany and on to Windhoek. When you arrive at Windhoek International Airport, you will be met and escorted to the camp by your professional hunter and driven to the Camp.
