The Experience
Rancho Leonero is located on the East Cape of Southern Baja. It is nestled between the Sea of Cortez and the Laguna Mountains. Rancho Leonero offers a number of activities including fishing, boating, diving, and desert exploration where coconut palms sway gracefully over miles of pristine beaches and rugged desert. The hotel itself seems an extension of the Sea of Cortez, covering 700 acres of Ranch land including nearly two miles of unspoiled beach. Accommodations are very comfortable with hacienda-style elegance. You may choose a standard or deluxe room, or free-standing ocean-view bungalow. The bungalows are set up so they give private accommodations for 1 or up to 3 – double or single occupancy. Experienced guides operate super pangas and super cruisers for offshore and surf fishing options. Additional activities include horseback riding, sea kayaking, snorkeling, hiking the Laguna Mountains, and massage services.
Imagine waking up to the sounds of the wild, miles away from the nearest cell tower. Here, the focus is entirely on the pursuit and the connection with nature. Our guides are locals with generations of knowledge, ensuring not just success in the field, but a deep understanding of the ecosystem you are visiting.
